It’s been about 7 years since I launched this site, and at the time I had no CLUE what I was doing building a website. I used all sorts of crazy tools to try to make the task easier for me, and at the same time keep it easy for you to read and navigate through the site. I also wanted to make it appealing to look at since this would reflect on my creative capabilities.

Several years back I did to a major refresh of the site, getting a new look, but the problem was that this was all old school site building using Dreamweaver and learning how to code, as a result I didn’t like to edit my site, and never really added much to it as it was just too darned difficult.

So new here I am in 2012 and I have a fully new site made on WordPress and it’s a definite improvement (I think)! I can create new pages no matter where I am and I can concentrate of writing solid photography information and not worry about if a page I coded will work or not –  and I get the added benefit of a built-in spell checker! Woohoo!!! I am totally embarrassed by how many typos and spelling errors there were in the old site – a defect of Dreamweaver (and my dyslexic brain) I’m afraid. Neither has a built-in spell checker.
